VR world - teach

Problem 

IMDA wanted to develop a Virtual Reality lesson to teach children with autism the concept of cyber wellness in an engaging manner. Traditionally, this lesson is taught through role-playing sessions, which depended heavily on the educator’s ability to grab the students’ attention. 

Solution

To help the educators in the Association for Persons with Special Needs to effectively teach their students the concept of cyber wellness, we proposed using Virtual Reality to simulate real life situations and gamified the whole learning experience. This enables students to be totally immersed in the VR environment while also learning about cyber wellness through guided step-by-step instructions.
